Our Founder’s Journey
Raised in La Selva Beach, California, by migrant parents of Portuguese and Mexican origin, Quitze’ was imbued with a spirit of exploration and a profound connection to the natural world from an early age. This spirit led him through a unique educational path, from creating a pizza to represent cellular organelles in middle school to designing a hybrid vehicle and developing a groundbreaking type of battery in college. His journey was not without challenges, particularly in finding his place within the academic world, which often felt constraining to his profound gifts. Yet, these experiences only honed his resolve to pursue independent and impactful research.
The inspiration for CryoNova was born out of a personal tragedy—the loss of Quitze’s father to cancer. This pivotal moment propelled him to explore the untapped potential of ELF-EMF technology in cancer treatment. Armed with a patent-pending innovation and a commitment to save as many lives as possible, Quitze’ established CanHalt Systems on July 7, 2022, marking the beginning of a new era in cancer care.
